About the Collab: CRUMB is a print magazine and online newsletter (crumblet) highlighting and celebrating people and places in pastry around the world. It includes chef profiles, pastry brand highlights, kitchen tours, bakery features, and tons of recipes from cookbook authors, bakers and content creators spanning Seattle, to New York, Mexico City, London and beyond.
A portion of proceeds from the magazine go towards funding a food media fellowship for alumni of The Pastry Project (a free baking and pastry training program for individuals with barriers to employment). This fellowship helps provide resources and accessibility in food media for things like writing and media classes, photography and podcasting equipment and more.
